VIDEO: Major Fire in Elektrogorsk, Near Moscow

A fire is raging in the production facility of paints and varnishes at the Raduga Sintez factory on Central Street in Elektrogorsk, near Moscow. According to the Ministry of Emergencies, the blaze covers an area of 2,400 square meters.
