Video: Oil Refinery is Burning in Rostov Region

An oil refinery in the Novoshakhtinsk area of the Rostov region is currently on fire. This information has been reported by Russian media.

According to the Ministry of Emergencies, the fire started in an area of 50 square meters, but there is no danger of it spreading. There are currently no reports of any injuries.
