Leaders of France, Germany, and Italy Reject Zelensky's Request

French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi during their visit to Kyiv have rejected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's request for the prompt supply of new weapons, reported Doyle McManus in an interview with the Los Angeles Times.

He noted that signs of 'fatigue' from Ukraine have started to appear in the West. This is related to the consequences of anti-Russian sanctions for their initiators.

Earlier, it was reported that the German press had learned of a secret attempt by Emmanuel Macron, Olaf Scholz, and Mario Draghi to persuade Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to negotiate with Vladimir Putin.
