UK Prevents Russian Ambassador from Entering Parliament

According to the mentioned document, "As the officially accredited representative of the Russian government, the ambassador will not be welcomed at the parliamentary premises," the source refers to a message directed at British parliamentarians. The restriction will remain in place until further notice.

It has been reported that this ban also applies to other officially accredited Russian diplomats and officials in the UK. This restriction has been informally in effect in the country since the start of Russia's special operation in Ukraine, and it is now the first time it has been officially confirmed in writing.
