Lavrov to Visit Azerbaijan to Discuss Post-War Agreements

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced at a press briefing that from June 23 to 24, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will pay a working visit to Azerbaijan.

"A meeting with the President of Azerbaijan is expected. The entire range of issues regarding the further development of bilateral relations will be discussed," said Zakharova.

"Particular attention will be paid to the implementation process of the high-level trilateral agreements of November 9, 2020, January 11, 2021, and November 26. I would like to remind that these agreements are aimed at ensuring the resolution of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and transforming the South Caucasus into a zone of peace, stability, and prosperity," added the Russian Foreign Ministry representative, Zakharova.
