Azerbaijan, Following Old Tradition, Hides Combat Losses
Following the incident on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, Azerbaijani state bodies and media have spread information about various incidents, allegedly resulting in the deaths and injuries of several Azerbaijani soldiers. Once again, Azerbaijan is concealing combat losses, presenting them as unfortunate incidents, as reported by News.am.
According to information from June 19, two Azerbaijani servicemen, Major Yusif Mahir oglu Mamedlin (born in 1988) and Farid Samir oglu Nasibov (born in 1999), died as a result of an accident at the central regional hospital in Kurdamir. It has been reported that Hateh Heydemirovich Baydashov (born in 1994) is in critical condition.
Captain Yolchuzade Nizami Vahid oglu of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces' National Security Service was killed while performing his duties. The vehicle transporting the servicemen to a combat position fell into a ravine. Additionally, Ali Shukurov (born in 1992), an employee of the ANAMA demining agency, stepped on a landmine in the Jebrail region. Shukurov sustained multiple injuries from the explosion.
