Video: Ukraine's Foreign Minister Appears on Crutches with a Cast

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba appeared on crutches and in a cast during a meeting with European leaders in Kyiv, as reported by RIA Novosti.

French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi arrived in Kyiv on Thursday for discussions with President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelensky's Telegram channel published a video of the meeting with the European leaders. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba was also seen in the footage, using crutches and with one foot in a cast.
