Russia's Lavrov: Ukraine's Plans to Blow Up the Crimea Bridge Will Fail

Russia has taken into account the threats from Ukraine's Ministry of Defense regarding the intention to blow up the Crimea bridge. These plans will fail, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by Kp.ru.

“Some of Zelensky’s so-called 'talking heads' have already made threats regarding the Crimea bridge. Well, you know, we still have a responsible army, and all these threats are taken into account. There is no smoke without fire, and I am confident that all these plans will completely fail,” the diplomat said in an interview with NTV.

As previously reported, Major General Dmitry Marchenko of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that the Crimea bridge is the number one target for Ukrainian military personnel. According to the general, “this route for the withdrawal of the reserves of the Ukrainian Armed Forces must simply be cut off.”
