“Gazprom Armenia” LLC officially warns that there are currently fake websites created by unknown individuals on the internet, which offer citizens the opportunity to earn profits through “the acquisition of company shares, investing in projects.” These websites have no connection to “Gazprom Armenia” LLC.

“Gazprom Armenia” LLC does not engage in the solicitation of monetary funds from citizens and does not present any investment proposals related to the implementation of the Company’s investment projects or the buying and selling of natural gas.

Additionally, “Gazprom Armenia” LLC does not conduct any activity in the securities market. Any license, certificate, qualification, or similar “document” featured on fake websites mentioning the Company’s name is a fraud, an example of which is provided below.

Moreover, the authors of the fake websites illegally use the official trademark of “Gazprom Armenia” LLC to mislead citizens.

“Gazprom Armenia” LLC officially emphasizes that such actions are manifestations of fraud. Below is an example of a fake website where unknown individuals propose investments in the Company’s projects under the name of “Gazprom Armenia” LLC.

“Gazprom Armenia” LLC reiterates that it has no connection with the aforementioned unknown individuals and fake websites, and that information related to “Gazprom Armenia” LLC is published exclusively on the Company’s official website and its official Facebook page,” the statement reads.
