Two Former American Servicemen Captured in Ukraine: The Telegraph
Two former U.S. servicemen, Alexander Drueke and Andy Huynh, have been captured near Kharkiv, according to The Telegraph.
The 39-year-old Alexander Drueke and 27-year-old Andy Huynh volunteered with one of the regular units of the Ukrainian army. They are reportedly the first American soldiers to become prisoners of war under Russia.
Earlier, three mercenaries from Great Britain and Morocco were sentenced to death in the Donetsk People's Republic. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that the death sentences would serve as an example for the fortune soldiers fighting on the side of Kyiv.
