Tragic Accident in Vayots Dzor: UAZ Rolls Over, 3 Dead and 3 Injured

A tragic accident occurred in Vayots Dzor on June 12. Around 8:30 PM, in the Arkhashamner area of Jermuk city, a UAZ 469 (Willys) vehicle rolled over approximately 6 meters under still unknown circumstances.

According to Shamshyan.com from the scene, one person died at the site while five others were taken to the Jermuk Medical Center with varying degrees of injuries. Among the injured, two succumbed to their injuries en route, remaining unconscious.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 242, Part 3 of the RA Criminal Code. The police and investigative department are working to identify the driver, the deceased, and the injured parties.
