VIDEO: Yellow-Orange Streams Flowing Through the Center of Kapan

Footage has been released on social media from Kapan, showing yellow-orange streams flowing through the very center of the city.

The appearance of these waters in the city is associated with an accident at the Kavarti mine and the discharge of production waters.
