Shooting in the USA: 3 Dead

At least 3 people have died as a result of a shooting in the American state of Maryland. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing local police.

The incident occurred in the evening at one of the businesses in the town of Smithsburg. In addition to the 3 deceased individuals, one person has been found injured, whose condition is critical.

The suspect attempted to flee in a vehicle. When police tried to stop him, gunfire was exchanged, and the suspect was wounded. The assailant has been hospitalized, and the motives behind his actions are unknown. One police officer was also injured during the shooting.
