Fire on Shiraz Street: 11 Residents Evacuated

On June 9, at 08:31, the Crisis Management National Center received information that a resident of building 2a on Shiraz Street in Yerevan had set fire to their apartment.

Two fire-fighting units from the Yerevan Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations responded to the scene. It was found that the fire had broken out in the living room of the apartment.

The fire was contained by 08:41 and extinguished by 08:47. Waste burned over an area of 4 square meters. Firefighters evacuated 11 residents.
