Shooting in Lori Province: 28-Year-Old Male Death; One Injured

On June 7, an extraordinary incident took place in Lori Province. At around 00:10, the police department in Tashir received a report from the Tashir Medical Center regarding a citizen who was admitted with a diagnosis of "gunshot wound, hypovolemic shock, hemorrhagic shock."

Police have identified the victim as 28-year-old Symbat Davoyan, a resident of Lori Province. It was also discovered that a 25-year-old Boris Vanyan from Lori Province had approached the same medical center with a diagnosis of "cut and stab wounds."

While doctors fought for Davoyan's life, police in Lori Province gathered evidence that suggested that on June 6 at around 23:30, Vanyan had an altercation with Davoyan, during which he shot Davoyan three times in the abdomen with a firearm, causing the aforementioned injuries. During the altercation, Davoyan reportedly stabbed Vanyan with a knife.

At 03:50, a report was received from the Stepanavan Medical Center about Vanyan being transferred to their facility with a diagnosis of a "stab wound to the left side of the chest, a cut wound to the left shoulder, and a stab wound to the lumbar region."

At 06:00, Tashir Medical Center reported that Davoyan, who had not regained consciousness, had passed away.
