Major Fire in UAZ Vehicle

Today, on June 8, an extraordinary incident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 12:30 PM, the 911 crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call stating that a vehicle was on fire on the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway in a section 17 km long.

Before the fire brigade arrived, the driver of the UAZ Hunter vehicle and officers from the 1st platoon of the 2nd police battalion passing through the area, led by Senior Investigator Sahak Tadevosyan, attempted to extinguish the fire.

According to preliminary information, fortunately, there were no casualties.
