Earlier, we reported that the extraordinary session of the National Assembly scheduled for 16:00 was postponed for 4 hours due to a lack of quorum. A total of 33 deputies were registered for the meeting. According to the regulations of the National Assembly, registration remains open and continues until the necessary number of deputies is registered, but not exceeding 4 hours.

If a quorum is not ensured after 4 hours, the meeting is automatically declared invalid. This 4-hour period expires at 20:00.
