Russia and the USA to Halt Collaboration in Culture, Science, and Media: Zakharova

The Russian Foreign Ministry has informed the United States on June 1 about the termination of the memorandum on cooperation in the fields of culture, science, education, and media, stated Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"Maintaining this memorandum has simply lost its meaning. The corresponding note was passed to the U.S. Embassy in Moscow on June 1," Zakharova said during a press briefing on Friday. The information is reported by RIA Novosti.
