Russian President Vladimir Putin, in an address to the staff and members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on the occasion of its 30th anniversary, stated: "The situation in the world remains complex and difficult to predict; old challenges persist, and new challenges and risks are emerging. In this context, it is necessary to actively seek and apply approaches that correspond to the realities of the time, which contribute to the stability of our state, its consistent and dynamic development, and the strengthening of security," Putin said.

According to the Russian president, the work of the Security Council of the Russian Federation is especially in demand today, emphasizing the need for competent, responsible, and comprehensive efforts.
