Authorities Claim Russian Rule is Permanent in Kherson Region

The authorities in the Kherson region have stated that Russian rule has been permanently established in the area. Vladimir Saldo, the head of the regional military-civil administration, affirmed that efforts are underway to ensure that people can live peacefully and plan for their future.

“Kherson continues to live. The actions of a sufficient number of military personnel in the Kherson region clearly indicate that the authority of the Russian Federation has already been permanently established here. We are doing everything we can to ensure that people can live, work, plan for their future, plan for their children's futures, and plan for their businesses,” Saldo said in an interview with a Ukrainian publication.
