VIDEO: A Group of Citizens Entered the Shengavit Municipality and Posted the Artsakh Flag on the Door

Citizens visited the Shengavit Administrative District head Razmik Mkrtchyan to clarify his position regarding the current situation in the country and the issue of Artsakh. While waiting to meet with Mkrtchyan, the citizens posted the Artsakh flag on the entrance door.

Mkrtchyan expressed his disapproval of the filming, stating that he does not give interviews and that the meeting was for conversation. The citizens attempted to ask questions, but Mkrtchyan left, refusing to answer the questions publicly.
