Snipers Deployed at Government Building
Snipers have been deployed at the government building. A camera has captured one of them standing on the balcony above the clock. This was reported by Factinfo.
Moreover, they are not hidden; they stand openly in view of the participants of the march, who had just entered Republic Square and were moving down Vazgen Sargsyan Street.
