VIDEO. "That's the boss's spot". The singer raises a concern

Singer and actor Narek Baveyan has shared a video on his Facebook page and added: "Dear Yerevan municipality, will this issue finally be resolved? We pay for the red lines, yet there is almost always no parking available in the center, forcing us to use paid underground parking lots. But that’s not enough; if you miraculously find a spot, you also have to convince certain people and pay them to remove those mysterious iron bars from the parking area. Typically, when you ask them to clear the parking space of those bars, they respond that it’s the boss’s spot. It raises the question of why ‘the boss’s spot’ is marked with red lines."
