Short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions of Armenia after noon on May 29, 30, 31, and June 1 and 2. Hail is also possible in certain areas. The nights of May 30-31 and June 1-2 will see weather without precipitation. This information was provided to Armenpress by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, citing data from the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Environment.

The wind will be southerly at 2-5 m/s, with gusts expected during thunderstorms reaching 15-20 m/s. The air temperature will not significantly change on May 29-30,” the statement says.

According to the source, dry weather is expected during the daytime of May 29, on May 30, and during the night of May 31, as well as on June 2-3. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are forecasted for some areas of the city in the evening hours of May 31 and June 1, with wind gusts during the thunderstorms expected to reach 15-18 m/s.
