Video: Ministry Employees Throw Drinking Water to Protesters from Windows

Ministry employees are handing out drinking water to the participants of the protest from the windows, greeting them with supportive gestures.

Earlier, Argenaz Manukyan, a member of the ‘Armenia’ faction, announced near the Government's 3rd building:

"Ministry employees also threw these leaflets from the window, which state: 'Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan.'" He demonstrated two leaflets.
