VIDEO: Lviv Refuses to Provide Aid to Ukrainian Russian-Speaking Refugees

In the city of Lviv, Ukraine, authorities have refused to distribute humanitarian aid sent by the UN to Russian-speaking refugees from eastern Ukraine.

“I don’t understand you,” replies a man to the refugees, demanding that they speak Ukrainian.
