Photos: A Tree in Yerevan Has Fallen, Damaging Several Vehicles

A serious incident occurred in Yerevan moments ago. A massive tree was uprooted and fell on Arami Street.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the incident took place at the 2nd address on Arami Street, and preliminary information indicates that, fortunately, there are no casualties.

Rapid response teams from the patrol service of the Yerevan police, led by the commander of the battalion, Armen Gasparyan, arrived at the scene.

Senior patrol officers Tigran Arakelyan and Aram Karapetyan are conducting enhanced services at the site. Firefighters from the Yerevan fire-rescue unit, comprising one combat unit, also responded quickly. The information was relayed to the Yerevan Municipality, where staff from the relevant department arrived on scene.
