Car Accident in Lori Province: Injured Woman is Pregnant

Today, on May 15, a car accident occurred in Lori Province. Around 1:45 PM, a collision occurred between a Kia and a GAZ 2410 vehicle in front of house number 33 on Zoravar Andranik Street in Vanadzor.

According to photographer Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, one person was transported to the 'Vanadzor' medical center for medical assistance. The police patrol of the first battalion's second squad of the Lori province rapid response unit, led by battalion commander Armen Bezhanyan and squad commander Mihran Hanisyank, arrived on the scene promptly.

A duty group of doctors from the Vanadzor hospital also arrived promptly, while prior to their arrival, first aid was provided to the injured person by patrol officers Levon Babajanyan, Aren Gasltyan, and Martin Hakobyan.

The investigative work at the scene was supervised by senior investigator Sergey Gyogchyan from the Lori province police patrol service, who is preparing materials regarding the incident.

The patrol service is investigating the identities of the drivers and the injured. According to G. Shamshyan's information, the injured woman is pregnant.
