Extraordinary Incident in Yerevan: Fire Erupts in Volkswagen Belonging to 32-Year-Old Citizen

This afternoon, on May 22nd, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 13:30, the 911 crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a report that a vehicle was on fire at the intersection of Mashtots Avenue and Pushkin Street.

According to shamshyan.com, a firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Fire and Rescue Department arrived at the scene. Before the rescuers' arrival, local efforts had extinguished the fire that erupted in the Volkswagen belonging to 32-year-old Azat Vardanyan, a resident of Ararat Province. Subsequently, the firefighters carried out cooling operations at the site.
