On May 14, an extraordinary incident occurred in Vayots Dzor Province. That day, at around 11:30, a bear attacked 67-year-old Samvel Levonyan in the «Shorali» area of the Yeghegis community.

As reported by shamshyan.com, the injured man was taken to the «Yeghegnadzor» medical center, where he received first aid before being transferred to the «Erebuni» medical center. It was revealed that the bear had clawed and bitten him, causing injuries to his head, face, and upper limbs.
