CSTO Member States Capable of Defending Their Sovereignty: Zas
The member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) are capable of defending their sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity in the event of threats, stated CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas, as reported by Interfax.
“There is no doubt that if there is a security threat to the states, appropriate decisions will be made within the CSTO,” Zas said during an appearance on the Russian television channel Rossiya 1's program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin."
The CSTO includes Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
