Listen, the Responsible for Shushi is Nikol and His Subordinate Circles: Ohanyan

In recent days, various groups serving governmental interests have been scrambling to offer their services to the 'supreme leader', blaming their failures in the security system on 'the previous ones' or others.

First, advisor Edmon Marukyan has dismissed our views on the failure of army reforms as 'naked rhetoric', having absolutely no understanding that in the context of changing the country's defense issues, the establishment of an inter-agency commission is a DEFENSE MILITARY REASSESSMENT that evaluates the new security environment, identifies external and internal threats, and determines the role and tasks of each state agency in defense policy.

Then, according to the development plan methodology, the non-secret part of the information is presented to the public, so that people can be confident that the Army is being restored and continues to act as a guarantor of security.

This is not 'PR'; on the contrary, the government itself must dispel all citizens' concerns by intelligently presenting its work to the public.

Do you hear me? I repeat again: even they—the government—say with their own lips that they did not carry out this process. On the contrary, Nikol's regime has turned the military policy towards the army into cheap PR, bringing it down to a mundane level.

I am not guilty that Nikol, who is clinging to his chair in the government, does not have that education and level. And I would advise Edmon Marukyan not to enter topics he knows nothing about and never will.

Second, General Gagik Melikonyan, who has served in the army, still surprisingly does not know that state or military decisions can be made and implemented by people who hold positions and therefore have legal powers, rights, and responsibilities to solve issues. In no way should any reserve soldier, including General Melikonyan, pat themselves on the back; they did not have that opportunity.

Educated soldiers know that combat operations in mountainous conditions, where Melikonyan has been, are absolutely different, and operations in plain conditions are more difficult, where the enemy, by concentrating forces, has dealt a main strike and breached the defenses.

Reorganizing and blocking the advance of the enemy is the responsibility of the state leadership, including in Hadrut and especially in Shushi.

Do you hear me? The responsible for Shushi is Nikol and the circles subordinate to him; let him decide. And what do you think, does he not know about this?

Third, the police colonel says that the police chief has allowed members of the board not to wear hats. I demand the publication of that permission order; let the people see. How can there be a difference in wearing a uniform? What example are the leaders showing their subordinates?

This is what kind of 'besspredel' is this? I am now in the reserve and wearing civilian clothes, but when I served in the military system and even during the 44-day war, I never violated the law on wearing a uniform.

I and the public, as a deputy and society, demand that our law protector serve as an example in upholding the law. And again, how should Nikol and his satellites know about this and require those standing next to them not to violate the law if they have not served and have never led even a few people before being placed in positions?

They can only instruct their fake battalions to attack and discredit people with the dirtiest words and lies. And this continues on and on. The people can expose, enumerate the lies and violations of the ruling power in various directions. Therefore, I would advise them to 'cry' and not, as they say, 'sit quietly in their places', but rather to leave very quickly.
