Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Fire Breaks Out in Daewoo Vehicle

Today, on May 20, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 4:40 AM, the Emergency Situations Ministry's 911 crisis management center received a call reporting that a vehicle was on fire near building No. 1 on Gogol Street.

According to shamshyan.com, a fire crew from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Firefighting and Rescue Service arrived promptly at the scene. The firefighters extinguished the fire that had erupted in a parked Daewoo vehicle owned by 37-year-old Hayk Sekhpeyan, who is a resident of Yerevan. The vehicle was completely rendered unusable. A parked Opel Vectra vehicle was also partially damaged by heat.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
