Another $100 Million in Military Equipment for Kyiv: Pentagon
The United States has announced that it will provide Ukraine with military equipment worth $100 million, in addition to the $40 billion aid package approved by Congress on Thursday.
The new package includes 18 howitzers and anti-artillery radar systems. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby stated that the military equipment will be available to Ukrainian forces "very, very soon." He noted that the U.S. will continue to consult with Ukraine, as it frequently does after the invasion, regarding the needs for military equipment.
