32-Year-Old Man Stabs Local Resident in Norq-Marashe
On May 13, a report was received by the Central Police Department from the hospital, indicating that an emergency medical team had transported a 58-year-old man from a house on 2nd Street in Norq-Marashe with a "stab wound to the chest." The police reported that the victim stated he was stabbed by an unknown individual during an argument.
A forensic examination has been ordered. Investigative measures by the Marash Police Division and the Central Police Division uncovered that the assailant was a resident of the same neighborhood.
Thanks to the explanatory work conducted by the criminal investigators of the Marash Police Division, the 32-year-old man presented himself to the investigative body on May 19 and provided a confession. He has been arrested. An investigation is underway.
