Tragic Incident in Debed River

As previously reported, Arpine Jagharyan, a presenter for Shant TV, died after falling into the Debed River. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has provided new details about the incident. According to the report, at 15:48, a call was received indicating that one of the citizens traveling in a rubber boat in the Debed River had fallen into the water near the Alaverdi-Vanadzor highway.

Rescuers retrieved Arpine Jagharyan (born in 1991) from the Debed River, unconscious, near the Sanahin station in Alaverdi, and brought her to an ambulance. The victim was hospitalized at the Alaverdi Medical Center, where her death was recorded.
