Criminal Case Initiated for Assaulting the Elderly in Gyumri

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the assault of elderly people by a group of individuals in Gyumri. Earlier, Civic.am published a video showing how a group of people was beating elderly individuals in Gyumri.

“A criminal case has been initiated under Article 258, Part 4 of the RA Criminal Code (hooliganism resulting in moderate bodily harm). Active measures are being taken to identify all participants in the incident and to provide a legal assessment of their actions,” wrote Abrahamyan on his Facebook page.
