Cause of Death Revealed for Citizen Transferred from France Square to Hospital

Yesterday, A. Sadrakyans was transported by ambulance from France Square to Heratsi Number 1 University Hospital, where he died from acute heart failure. This is confirmed by a medical document obtained by armlur.am.

It is important to note that the citizen, whose condition had worsened, was taken to the hospital from the tents set up by the opposition. However, efforts to save his life were unsuccessful, and he was declared dead at the hospital due to cardiac arrest. Following this incident, rumors circulated that A. Sadrakyans had died from a drug overdose.

Both the hospital officials and the director of the Ambulance Service, Taguhi Stepanyan, urged the public to wait for the results of the forensic examination before drawing conclusions.

Today, MP Vahagn Alexandanyan from the Civil Contract faction hinted at this in his speech at the National Assembly, calling on the police’s anti-drug unit to quickly enter and check the opposition's “shelters” to prevent further cases of drug “overdoses” that may lead to fatalities.

From the Number 1 Clinical Hospital, it was reiterated that A. Sadrakyans was brought in with cardiac arrest, and all medical efforts had proven futile. Regarding whether there was an overdose, the hospital stated that only the forensic examination will provide an answer, to which the police have formally applied.

Following the documentation of the citizen's death, the hospital contacted the police, who subsequently referred the case to forensic experts.
