VIDEO: No Issue of Enclaves Has Been Raised Yet, Secretary of the Security Council

Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan addressed the issue of enclaves during a press briefing after the government meeting. He stated, "Until this moment, the issue of enclaves has not been raised. Since there are enclaves on both sides, you know that there is an enclave in Azerbaijan's territory, Artsvashen, and there are enclaves in Armenia's territory, and their areas are almost equal. Both sides are silent on this matter, and this issue has not yet been discussed.

Our hope is that a possible solution would be that Armenia leaves its enclave to Azerbaijan, while Azerbaijan's enclaves that are within Armenia's territory remain with Armenia,” said Armen Grigoryan.
