Join Me, Join Your Friends: Saghatelyan Enters a Lecture Hall at Yerevan State University

With chants of "Join us, student" and "Students on their feet," citizens led by the President of the "Homeland" party, Artur Vanetsyan, and the representative of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, entered the yard of Yerevan State University (YSU). They are calling on students to join them in a class strike.

Different faculty doors are simply locked, but many students are greeting the participants of the action from the windows. The Dean of the Faculty of Law at YSU, Doctor of Law Gagik Ghazinyan, and the Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Ruben Melkonyan, have joined the participants of the action. Several students also joined the protesters.

The young participants of the action are dancing the "Kochari" in the YSU yard. Subsequently, the protesters managed to gain entry into one of the faculties, calling for a class strike. Some classrooms are completely empty, while in those where students are present, they were urged to join their fight for their friends, for their homeland.
