14 Streets Closed at This Time, Says Ishkhan Saghatelyan

Currently, 14 streets are closed by our citizens. Gather 5-10 people and head out to the streets to paralyze traffic. This was stated by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and representative of the Supreme Body of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, who has spent the night in France Square with many other citizens.
