Video: Tense Situation Near Government Building, Arrests Made

Participants in the demonstration aimed to "contaminate the area of the Government building." A police officer explained the reason for the limitation on the protest, stating, "We found unknown substances with you, and we didn’t know what it was," during a conversation with Ara Zohrapyan, a member of the "Liberation Movement" initiative.
