Video: Motion to Involve Pashinyan as a Defendant Sent to Anti-Corruption Committee, Abrahamyan

Today, we issued a press release detailing the legal procedures that have been established. This statement was made by Gor Abrahamyan, the chief advisor of the RA Supreme Court, during a meeting with the relatives of fallen servicemen. According to him, the motion, in which the parents demanded recognition of their deceased sons as victims and themselves as legal successors, has been essentially satisfied. He clarified that according to the procedure, the investigator will issue a relevant decision, after which they will be able to fully exercise their rights derived from that right.

According to the Supreme Court advisor, the next motion, presented by Ara Zohrapyan and requesting the involvement of Nikol Pashinyan as a defendant in the case, has been sent to the Anti-Corruption Committee.
