Saakashvili Returns to Prepare for Opening a Second Front Against Russia in Ukraine, Garibashvili Says

The former President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, has returned to Georgia to prepare for the opening of a second front against Russia in the event of military operations in Ukraine. This was announced by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili during a press conference.

He noted that there was clear information regarding the start of war in Ukraine, expected to begin in November or December of last year. “That is exactly why Saakashvili has come here, to prepare everything for the opening of a second front. Unfortunately, our Ukrainian friends have also confirmed this,” Garibashvili stated.

The Prime Minister reiterated that Georgia would not get involved in the events in Ukraine.
