There is a clear agreement with Pashinyan: President of Artsakh
Arayik Harutyunyan noted that an extended meeting of the Artsakh government has been held to address the current situation. During this meeting, he stated that no documents regarding the status of Artsakh are being discussed at this stage.
He presented the current geopolitical situation in Artsakh and the latest external political developments concerning Artsakh, particularly in the context of recent meetings in Brussels and Moscow involving the Prime Minister of Armenia.
"Harutyunyan emphasized that there is a clear agreement with the Prime Minister of Armenia, according to which any discussions at the international level concerning the future status of Artsakh must align with the positions of the authorities and the will of the people of the Republic of Artsakh," the statement read.
Harutyunyan also mentioned that steps will be taken in the near future to further strengthen the ties between Armenia and Artsakh. He stated that housing construction works will continue at full scale; however, a number of capital investment projects will be reassessed based on priorities.
