Hangar Collapses After Fire at Kineshma Factory
A hangar containing flammable liquids has collapsed due to a fire that broke out at a chemical plant in Kineshma, Ivanovo region, as reported by a representative of the emergency services to RIA Novosti.
"A metal hangar has collapsed where flammable liquids were stored," the source stated.
The total area of the fire at the chemical plant reached 1,500 square meters.
"One of the injured has been hospitalized," the source added.
It is worth noting that this incident involves the Dmitrievsky chemical plant, one of the largest producers of butyl acetate and industrial solvents in Russia and Eastern Europe, where a significant fire has occurred.
