VIDEO: Kadyrov Announces Capture of Rubizhne City and Releases Footage

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced on his Telegram account the final capture of the city of Rubizhne in the Luhansk region. Two flags have been hoisted at the entrance: the flag of Russia and the flag of the ‘Akhmat’ rapid response special unit.

Luhansk media reports that Ukrainian forces are withdrawing from three areas in the Luhansk region, forming a triangle between Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, and Lysychansk.
