VIDEO. Has Robert Kocharyan Recovered? He Attends Court Hearing

In the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, a court hearing is underway in the case of Robert Kocharyan and Armen Gevorgyan. Robert Kocharyan is also present at the hearing.

It is reminded that on April 14, Robert Kocharyan's lawyer, Hovhannes Khudoyan, presented a medical certificate to the court, indicating that his treatment should continue for another 3 to 5 days. Later, it became known that he had sustained an injury while skiing in Tsaghkadzor. For this reason, he did not participate in the rally organized by the parliamentary opposition at Freedom Square.

It should also be noted that Robert Kocharyan has been charged under part 2 of Article 311 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (Receiving a bribe in especially large amounts), which provides for liability for receiving bribes of particularly large sums.
