Depends on What He 'Drinks or Smokes': Lavrov on Zelensky

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky makes his statements depending on what he is 'drinking or smoking'.

"He says a lot of things. It depends on what he drinks or smokes, he says a lot of it," Lavrov stated in an interview with India Today on Tuesday.

This comment came in response to Zelensky's remarks alleging that Russia intends to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine.
