Romania Decides to Ban Entry of Russian Flagged Ships into Romanian Ports
The Romanian authorities have decided to ban the entry of Russian flagged ships into Romanian ports starting from April 17.
This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the press service of the Romanian Maritime Administration. An exception will be made if a ship is in need of assistance and is looking for a place to dock, in cases where there is an urgent need to anchor in the port for safety reasons or to save lives.
Additionally, the restrictions do not apply to ships transporting gas, oil, and petroleum products, copper, chemicals, and other goods to the EU.
